Great Blue Hole, Belize
Despite its strange name and the fact that it’s basically a sinkhole, the Great Blue Hole is a wonder that the Discovery Channel ranked as one of the most amazing places on earth. The famous Jacques Cousteau declared it as a major scuba diving site, too. You’ll have to travel by water to get to this magnificent sunken-in cave near Belize, but it’s worth it.
